Payment

Payment is expected at the time of services. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Personal checks may be written for the amount of services.

If your pet requires immediate care and you are unable to pay at that time, please make arrangements with us before hand so that your pet can get the care that it needs. Unfortunately, expense is often a factor in pet care. Sometimes laboratory tests or other procedures are needed to make a specific diagnosis. If this will cause a hardship for you, please let us know. We may be able to treat your pet symptomatically without the tests. Be aware, however, that this may not be the most desirable approach because it may reduce the chance that we are using the correct treatment.

East Suburban Animal Hospital is located in Export, PA. It was founded in 1976 by Dr. Donald Caslow. We offer a variety of services; caring mainly for dogs and cats. We focus on excellent patients care and customer service. Because we understand that pets don’t just get sick during normal business hours, we have extended hours and one of our Veterinarians are available each night by phone in case of emergency.

Office Visits are by appointment only. When calling for an appointment, please inform us if you wish to see a specific veterinarian. The receptionist will be happy to arrange a time.

When scheduling appointments the receptionist will ask for a variety of information about your pet. This information is important to the Veterinarian and we appreciate your cooperation.

While in the waiting room, please control your pet on a leash or in a carrier to avoid conflicts with other animals.
