Payment is expected at the time of services. We accept cash or check only. Personal checks may be written for the amount of the service. If your animal requires immediate care and you are not able to pay at that time, please make arrangements with us before hand so that your pet can get the care that it needs. Unfortunately, expense is often a factor in pet care. Sometimes laboratory tests or other procedures are needed to make a specific diagnosis. If this will cause a hardship for you, let us know. We may be able to treat your animal symptomatically without the tests. Be aware, however, that this may not be the most desirable approach because it may reduce the chance that we are using the correct treatment
